Lunch will be in a traditional Manchego restaurant with a tasting of the most characteristic dishes of La Mancha, including the world famous Manchego cheese D.O.P. and Saffron.

Los MolinosThe Manchego landscape dominated by those hills guarded by centenary mills, were crucial for agriculture and the survival of the region.
