From 1st of October there are new times: Start time of the tour is 8.00 AM, the cruise departs at 12:00 pm and the train from Flåm goes 2.55 pm and arrival in Bergen is 6.17 pm.

Meeting point
We recommend you meet up at 7.45 am latest. Meet-up is outside the Tourist Information located at address: Strandkaien 1. Scandic Hotel Torget is just across the street. Look for a black Mercedes Sprinter Minibus. We will not take responsibility if you are too late and miss out on the tour.

You will be back at Bergen Train Station with the Bergensbanen.

    We will make a 15 min. stop at Dale Village where you can enjoy some coffee and snacks or use the toilet. Very cosy cafe and shop to visit. They have a great selection of knit sweaters and yarns.
  • Tvindefossen
    15 min. stop at Tvindefossen Waterfall. Standing tall at an impressive 116 meters (381 ft), this natural wonder is more than just your average cascade. Fed by the Kroelvi stream, it dramatically tumbles over a receding cliff, showcasing nature's raw power and sheer beauty. What makes Tvindefossen one of the best waterfalls in Norway isn't just its height or the mesmerizing water flow; it's the legends and history that envelop it, giving this spot a mystical aura. You might chuckle at first, but there's a local legend that has turned into quite the talking point.
  • Gudvangen
    This is the place that holds Viking Village. Nestled at the very end of the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord in Norway lies the picturesque village of Gudvangen, inviting you to explore the wonders of nature and history that define this unique destination. Gudvangen, embraced by massive, towering mountains of the Nærøydalen valley, is a place where past and present converge, and the beauty of the natural world envelops you at every turn. Here you have the possibility to have a lunch in the village.
  • 45 minutes tour In Viking Valley. You will meet the inhabitants of the Viking town of Njardarheimr, which will take you 1000 years back in time. In Njardarheimr, you get to take an active part in a community of people who are passionate about telling the story of the Vikings, their journeys, boats and how the Viking Age has left its mark on our modern society. Here you can freely wander around and experience the various buildings and activities in the Viking town and learn more about building practices, religion, food and crafts. Hear stories about the Vikings, understand who they were and where they came from. Experience what it was like to be a Viking. We can promise an experience that will stick in your memory. Here you can experience the Viking community of Njardarheimr, the Vikings' journeys, their boats and understand how the Viking Age has left its deep mark on our history.
  • Naeroyfjord
    2 hour cruise through Nærøyfjorden. The narrow and spectacular Nærøyfjord is surrounded by steep valley sides and snow-covered peaks that rise 1,800 metres above sea level, with thundering waterfalls and picturesque villages along the fjord. Regardless of the season, a cruise on the Nærøyfjord will be an unforgettable experience. The two vessels Vision and Future of The Fjords represent a brand-new standard in design and technology. They have been designed to maximise the tourist experience during any kind of weather, with large windows and walkways inspired by the winding trails of steep mountain terrain. Passengers are encouraged to go out on the top deck and enjoy a very different experience compared to traditional passenger vessels. We will arrive in Flåm.
  • Flam
    Flåm is the most popular village around the Aurlandsfjord, and one of Norway’s most popular tourist destinations. The village has had a history of tourism dating back over 100 years, to when rich, British tourists would come to the fjords to fish salmon in the rivers here. Flåm is small, with around 400 inhabitants. However, in the high season, we sometimes have over 10’000 visitors in a day! As you can tell, it can get quite busy, as Flåm is not only a popular place to stay and visit, but also the starting point for many of the tours and activities in the area.
  • The Flam Railway
    Flåmsbanen train(R45Myrdal) From Flåm you will take the famous Flåm railway to Bergen. The train runs from the end of Aurlandsfjord, a tributary of the Sognefjord, up to the high mountains at Myrdal station. The journey features the finest aspects of the stunning scenery of Western Norway. Over the course of one hour, the train takes you from sea level at the Sognefjord in Flåm to the Myrdal mountain station, situated at 867 metres above sea level. Myrdal is also a station on the Bergen Line, meaning the Flåm Railway connects with trains running between Bergen and Oslo. The Flåm Railway is one of the steepest standard gauge railway lines in the world, with 80% of the journey running on a gradient of 5.5%. The train runs through spectacular scenery, alongside the Rallar Road, vertiginous mountainsides, foaming waterfalls, through 20 tunnels, and offers so many viewpoints that, for many people, a single trip up and down is not enough.
  • Myrdal Station
    In Myrdal you will change trains, which is the end stop of the train leaving from Flåm. The next train called (R40Bergen) goes directly from Myrdal to Bergen at Spor 11 (Track 11). On this train station you can buy food/snacks and they have toilet facilities. You will arrive at Bergen Train Station. From 1st of October there are new times: Start time of the tour is 8.00 AM. The cruise leaves at 12:00 pm and the train from Flåm goes 2.55 pm and your new train at Myrdal goes at 3.56 pm(only 5 minutes to change the train, but thats no problem because there is only one platform there) and arrival in Bergen is 6.17 pm. From 1st of November and all of the winter season: The train from Flåm goes 2.30 pm, and your new train at Myrdal goes at 3.56 pm and arrival in Bergen is 6.17 pm.
