As we receive a front-row seat to the culinary process, the professional chef will show how the components are combined. Our journey continues through the alleyways of the Old Quarter, bathed in the glow of bright lanterns and ornamental lights, as we ride along the bank of the Red River, taking in the vistas of Hanoi at night.

Hai Ba TrungThe second part of our Hanoi By Night Jeep Food Tours takes us to one of Hanoi’s most well-known family-run restaurants, where you will be able to sample Bun Cha ( grilled pork with vermicelli noodle). You’ll be taken on a journey to West Lake to soak in the nighttime landscape. A great place to witness the contrast between old and new Hanoi, with centuries-old picturesque areas on one side and modern skylines on the other. Before arriving in Ngu Xa village, sample freshly grilled fish and a variety of Hanoian versions of Pho, banana salads, and other classic Vietnamese delicacies.
