Giant Wild Goose PagodaAdmire the exterior of the iconic Giant Wild Goose Pagoda(DaYan Pagoda), originally built in 652 AD during the Tang Dynasty to house Buddhist scriptures brought back from India by the famous monk Xuanzang. Highlights: - The story of Xuanzang and his legendary Silk Road pilgrimage - The role of Xi'an (Chang'an) as the cosmopolitan capital of the Tang Dynasty - The architectural significance of the pagoda Viewing the famous North Square fountain area Please note: This tour includes exterior visits only. Entry tickets to the pagoda are not included.
