A 100 hour / 2 weeks Yin Yoga Therapy Teacher Training
Learn all the essential elements of Yin Yoga to integrate and practice the therapeutic and mindfulness aspects. We look into the yin side of yoga from all angles and dive in the subject how to apply Yin Yoga as therapy. Focus is to imply sequences according to the Daoist Elements, understanding their energetic value and the subtle art of creating the ideal environment for a transformational experience of body, mind and soul to take place.
By the end of this course, you will feel stronger, healthier, and better able to thrive and flow in the life you are meant to live.
Yin Yoga Therapy Teacher Trainings are held at an amazing nature spot with AC Cottages and pool. It’s really peaceful in the jungle on a little hilltop but also not too far away so you can walk everywhere around town and to the beach. There is a beautiful jungle shala where we practice in the natural shade of the surrounding trees. From the hilltop lounge, you have the most amazing view overlooking one of Goas most beautiful beach. It is the best spot in all of Morjim-Ashvem to watch how spectacularly the sun kisses the sea for sunset.
