We start the day with a 1,5 hour Hatha-Vinyasa style yoga on the beach in a chilled environment.
Our main focus during our work is on our clients. You might be stiff, weak, inflexible or had an injury - we always try to adjust the yoga classes to everyone’s needs. We help every single individual to find the correct alignment and to feel the biggest benefits of the postures. With this personal touch, we make sure that you are in a safe environment even if it’s your first time trying yoga.
Our goal is to guide you towards a more conscious and healthier lifestyle with the help of asanas, breathing techniques and meditation.
