During this culinary and cultural journey you will learn many interesting facts about Lapland.

I welcome you to my garden in Ylläsjärvi, where there is a lavvo tent. In the lavvo I will prepare Lappish delicacies on the fire for you and your group.
These traditional tents, which resemble teepees in North America, are still used by reindeer herders today. In the cosy lavvo by the campfire, the freshly prepared Lappish pancakes with smoked reindeer meat taste twice as good. For dessert, I serve coffee from the fire & Lappish cheese with berries.

I can also make the pancakes vegetarian or vegan on request.

I tell you about my life in Lapland, our culture above the Arctic Circle, nature and wildlife, stories and legends about the northern lights, the midnight sun and everything you always wanted to know. I have many a story to tell from my work at a reindeer farm.
