Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

All passengers must carry their physical passport throughout the trip. It is required for highway inspections, tax exemption, and boarding the bus. In case of an accident requiring medical attention, they will only be treated if they present their physical passport. Otherwise, they will NOT be attended to.

Before the tour, all participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing and sign a safety and responsibility form.

If you want to do stand-up sandboarding, you must do so on your own with another operator and cannot rejoin our group. In that case, you will forfeit the buggy, sandboarding, and picnic, without a refund.

Passengers weighing more than 100 kg must pay USD 10 for an additional seat. This applies to the Huacachina buggies and the boat tour in Paracas. In the case of the bus, an additional seat will be assigned at a cost of 25 USD.

Children under 1 year old are not allowed to do the boat trip to Ballestas Islands

Children under 3 years old do not pay for the tour; however, parents must cover any additional expenses (entrance fees, snacks, or extra activities).

Children over 3 years old will have a seat available; however, parents should be aware that the buggy operates at high speed due to the nature of the activity.

For the buggy tour, children under 3 years old must travel in a private service, pay for a seat, and use a safety carrier.

Parents must sign a consent form for minors to participate in the buggy tour.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
