Old Town Market Viejo VallartaWe will be learning how chiles are used in the Mexican Gastronomy. Even though most people have the wrong idea thinking they are always spicy, which is not the case. We will visit 5 savory stops and a couple of side stops plus dessert. In the market, you will learn about the chiles that we have available for everyday use.
