In a private session, you receive one-on-one attention from the surf therapy facilitator. This allows a highly personalized experience tailored to your specific needs and goals. In our sessions we will spend time on land talking/learning, meditating, learning breathing techniques, improving skills, journaling & doing introspective work before entering the water to have fun, if it's your first time surfing we will also go over the basics of surfing and safety instructions.
The facilitator will focus exclusively on your challenges, progress, and emotional responses during the whole surf therapy session.

If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
