- 🥪 Lunch includes a fabulous sandwich from Henrietta's Pine Bakery, along with a granola bar snack; participants must bring at least 2L of water.
- 👥 Minimum of two participants required; age limit starts at 7 years old, and no smoking is permitted.

On the actual Canoe Lake rocky beach, by the picnic tables, OUTSIDE the Ontario Park's office. Watch for our white van/trailers, canoes and guides with the Canadian flag logo about 15 minutes prior to departure. All our staff wear florescent yellow/orange hats.
