- Transport by Minibus from the Inn to the practice site, round trip.
- Kayak equipment: Single or double kayak, Life jacket, Paddle, Waterproof bag
- Rain gear if necessary.
- Dress code: swimsuit, T-shirt covering the shoulders, Sweater or fleece depending on the season.
- Closed shoes (Required) that will go into the water.
- Picnic and water, allow 1.5 liters to 2 liters per person
- Transport from your residence to the Inn

Day for athletes!
1h00: Welcome by your Kayak Guide. You will get to know the other participants in this Adventure. This allows him to probe each other's experiences, define the capacities of the group in order to develop the best possible day of kayaking.
Several routes are possible, but the guide will choose the best option depending on the weather conditions at the time. His choices will be shared.
Preparation of equipment with you (paddles, life jackets and single or double kayak?). Then, departure by minibus with kayak trailer on site.
On site: First preparations for the kayaks (adjustment of the toe clips, storage of belongings in waterproof bags), then some notions on land of safety points.
30 min: We go out on the water for a technical initiation session to make everyone comfortable on their kayak. Here we go !
6:30 am: During the day:
Topos on fauna, flora, geology.
Places inaccessible on foot. Swimming in the open sea and during the 1 hour picnic.
The kayak itineraries allow you to slip through the Calanques, the caves, cross to an island, stop on a beach.
