To ensure a seamless tour experience, we kindly request that you do not leave the tour group in advance or halfway. Failure to comply with this request may result in the cancellation of the tour without refunds

Please arrive at designated location 15 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time

Children ages 3–5 will be provided with a children's meal, and children ages 6 and above will receive the same meal as adults

If vegetarian meals are required, please indicate this in the remarks column when booking. Requests made on the day of the tour cannot be accommodated.

Small vehicles may be used on the day of the tour, so please avoid bringing large luggage. If you must bring large luggage, please specify the luggage size and number in the remarks column.

If the number of participants for this tour is less than 20, the tour will proceed with travelers of other nationalities. The tour guide service will alternate between Chinese and other languages.

Vehicles used: Dispatch according to the number of people. When there are a small number of people in the group, the driver will be the sole service provider throughout the tour, and no additional tour leader will be sent

Infants under 3 years old are not included in meals, cruise ships, cable cars, and other items that require separate payment. One adult can bring one child under 3 years old on the cable car for free.

Delays in the return journey are possible due to unpredictable factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and other force majeure events affecting road traffic. When booking, please carefully consider your travel arrangements before and after the tour.

The menu is subject to change depending on the availability of ingredients at the restaurant on the day.
