In this 1.5- / 2-hour class, learn to make traditional pappardelle entirely by hand, no machines, just the old-fashioned way, exactly as Italian grandmothers have done for generations.
Enjoy a tasting of your homemade pasta, along with 2 glasses of Prosecco, 2 glasses of wine and a limoncello/meloncello. The pasta comes with a choice of two sauces: a ragù fish sauce (delicious!) or the classic tomato basil, also delicious.
