We will pick you up from your hotel between 9:30 - 10:00 AM (Morning class) , 3:00-3:30 PM (Afternoon class). Then we go to the local fresh market in order to learn about the ingredients you will use while cooking; Thai herbs, vegetables, spices used in the homemade chili pastes. You will also learn about where everything at the market comes from; seafood, fresh coconut milk, meats, and all the tropical fruit. While at the market you will also have the opportunity to shop for yourself.
- Back at the cooking class you will cook by using the ingredients from the market.
