Say hello to your friendly huskies that are ready for action, & discover the life on a small-scale kennel in an authentic way!
Run a kart pulled by happy dogs, and experience the silence of the forest away from civilisation. We take small groups only, to offer the best possible experience. With us, discover dogsledding in a fun and safe way!
Espen & Delphine will welcome you at their farm, and ensure that you always feel safe & comfortable. At your arrival, we equip you with extra winter clothes so that you always stay warm. Then we’ll take you in your kennel to meet dogs up-close & personal. You will be taught how to handle them and we will talk about their origin and history. After the briefing, we are ready to head out!
We will be on the trail for +/- 2h depending on temperatures / wishes. You will drive your own sled in pairs (driver and passenger) with the possibility to switch place often. You need to be in reasonable shape to help the dogs on the uphills, and hold them on the downhills. We’ll also enjoy a typical Norwegian outdoor lunch. We will talk about daily life with 30 dogs, before heading back home for some warm drinks around the fire. Family friendly experience!
