The class is situated in the countryside, 20 minutes from Chiang Mai, downtown, or Chiang Mai International airport.

- After pick up everyone in the town. We will head to the fresh local market to do the market tour and food tasting. You will try the best local food here. This market located a bit out of the town so you will see real Thai people life. Not a tourist place like other market in the town.
- We will give you the menu check list on that morning with all food description. So you can choose your favorite dish to cook from our categories.
- Should bring the bottle of water during the market tour and wear the casual dress.
- After finish the market tour, we will give you walk around the market again. You can buy anything you want to eat or take a photo around the market.
- Then head to our home which you will see all organic vegetables that we grow around the house and the rice paddy next door.
