What should I do if I'm going to be late for the meeting time? If you are unavoidably delayed by up to 15 minutes, we would appreciate it if you could contact the experience organizer's emergency contact number. Please note that if you arrive late, you may not be able to experience all the activities listed on the experience details page. In such cases, partial refunds are not possible. Please be advised that arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be treated as cancellations. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to late arrival. If you know you will be late, we recommend participating on a date and time when you have sufficient time.
