Cagliari's historic centre tour with National Archaeological Museum
Overview
Discover Cagliari, capital of Sardinia in the extreme south, through a pleasant walk in the historic district of Castello, center of social, political, cultural, military and religious life of the city, from its foundation in the thirteenth century until today.
A guide will accompany you with many stories and curiosities, and you can admire the beautiful view over the city and the sea from its most spectacular viewpoints. In the second part of the tour, a visit to the National Archaeological Museum awaits you, which houses the findings of the most ancient civilizations of the island: among these the mysterious Giants of Mont'e Prama, considered the oldest large statues of the Mediterranean area dating back to the 8th century B.C.
