It’s about a 4 hours drive from Lima, the guided walking tour there is about 1 or 1.5 hr, and as such this tour is offered as a full-day adventure. The city site of Caral is almost 5,000 years old, making it the oldest city in the Americas. It spreads over 150 acres and includes plazas, residential buildings, temples, pyramids, and an amphitheater. During the tour, you’ll enjoy seeing the main pyramid, the courtyards and amphitheater. The views of the surrounding valley are impressive.

BandurriaAfter enjoying a delicious Peruvian lunch, we will visit the archaeological complex of Bandurria, an old fishing village. In addition to seeing pyramids, mounds and circular areas similar to those of Caral, we will approach a natural viewpoint from which we will get a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and the Albufera Paradise.
