To ensure a quality experience, a maximum of 4 groups per hour will be accepted.

Re-entry is not allowed.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked tour time slot. The guided programme will start punctually, and we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.

Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered or duplicated.

To preserve the exhibits, flash photography & food and drinks are not allowed inside the Centre.

Please bring your own mobile device and audio earpiece to enjoy free access to audio content during your visit. Multi-media guide rentals are available on-site for an additional fee.
