Together, we will roast, grind, mix, and cook the ingredients from scratch using traditional methods passed down through generations. As the mole simmers, you will also help prepare tamales that will be served with the finished mole.
Once the meal is ready, everyone gathers around the table to enjoy the food they have prepared, accompanied by a tasting of traditional mezcal and stories about local customs and daily life in the community.
