Then on to meet the granddaughter of the ex-slave ladies who stopped the train. Georgetownit’s on to the Secret Garden in Georgetown where we will then start to create the delicious traditional dishes of Cook-Up rice, Metemgee with pumpkin dumplings and fried fish followed by conkee a coconut dessert wrapped in a banana leaf. whilst being entertained by the sound of African drumming. Eon will take to the guitar and sing some songs to end your tour.
