The bronze statue is 4.5 meters tall and is housed under a 27 meter high stupa in the park east of the Independence Monument.

    Oudong perched on top of the mountain consists of a cluster of stupas and temples. The three main stupas are Damrei Sam Poan, Ang Duong, and Mukh Proum. The Oudong stupas are also known as Chedis in Khmer. They constitute a large cemetery of the past kings of Cambodia.
