An immersive farm-to-table cooking experience rooted in the land, traditions and gastronomy of Naxos & Cyclades.

The experience begins with a welcome drink, crafted with your wines & estate-produced ingredients. Set around the old farmhouse, under centuries-old trees, it offers a relaxed introduction.

A walk through the Estate’s certified organic cultivations follows, where we gather fresh ingredients for the cooking class. Along the way, you discover seasonality, sustainability & traditional cultivation — values passed through generations & shaping life at the Estate.

Guided by Markos, co-owner & chef, you prepare traditional Naxian & Cycladic recipes through a hands-on process. Cooking takes place over fire — a technique rooted in mountainous Naxos — bringing out distinctive aromas & flavours.

While the food cooks, Sofia, co-owner, sommelier and nutritionist, introduces the Estate’s wines and guides you through its spaces. You explore the family’s winemaking tradition, indigenous varieties, and the connection between wine, Cycladic diet and wellbeing.

The experience culminates around the shared table, where you enjoy the dishes you prepared, paired with the Estate’s wines.
