Overview
Enjoy a full-day trip to Mount Etna with an expert tour leader and explore the various valleys with the possibility to visit the slopes of the craters.
The first stop will be at the Alcantara Gorge, where you'll walk along the riverbed and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. You'll then reach the Etna station at an altitude of 1.900 metres.
During your free time on Mount Etna, you can enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (not included) and take part in optional activities, such as ascending to 2.900 metres to discover recent lava flows and extinct craters (extra to be paid on-site).
