Join us for a 90-minute sake tasting and pairing experience at OAGE, a hidden bar in an alleyway in central Kyoto.First, after introducing yourself, it will be about 30 minutes to explain the process of making sake and to get to know sake more, such as the rice polishing ratio.Next, I will explain today's five types of sake.Sake has different flavors and aromas such as ginjoshu and nigorishu, so we will explain each one and first enjoy tasting only sake.Prepare a tasting sheet and other items to make sure you don't forget the taste.After that, we will prepare appetizers to go with each of the five types of sake, so you can enjoy pairing sake that will taste different.At the end of the course, we would like to finish the 90 minute course with a group photo.Ideal for both Novices and sake lovers!
