Learn to make restaurant quality tempura in this family-friendly cooking course. Join Max, a local restaurant owner, in Osaka for a special frying lesson. In this class you won’t just learn how to make tempura, you’ll learn the techniques to recreate the full spectrum of Japanese cuisine. Make four mouth-watering dishes including shrimp, two seasonal vegetables, and a fried vegetable mix called kakiage. See anything on the list that you can’t eat?
