Overview
Awesome river fun on this body-surfing excursion on the Noguera Pallaresa river just outside Llavorsi, in Catalonia. With over 9km (5.5 miles) of navigable water, and rapids that range from Class II to Class IV through middle March till middle October every year, get ready to take on one of Europe’s newest and craziest hydro-sports! Get a full safety briefing and some training on how to use your board, then put on your wetsuit, helmet and life-jacket and away you go down the river, using just your flippers to steer.
Imagine all the fun of white-water rafting, but with no raft! The only thing between you and the water is your foam board. In a spectacular setting of Catalonian countryside, this is an intense and fun experience we’re confident you’ll want to do again and again. Ride down the river at speed, and if you’re feeling confident maybe you can even convince your guide to teach you a few tricks!

Minimum 2 participants needed to run the experience
Children must be accompanied by an adult
May not be suitable for pregnant women or those with a physical disability
