Our guide will explain how to enjoy the experience safely, and you can take everything at your own pace. Cold-water swimming is optional.
After cooling down, return to the warmth of the sauna and repeat the experience as often as you like. This traditional combination of heat, fresh Arctic air, and cold water is a wonderful way to experience Finnish culture away from the busy tourist areas around Rovaniemi.

The complete experience takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. For evening visits during the darker months, you may also have a chance to see the Northern Lights, weather permitting. Please bring your swimsuit and suitable outdoor clothing.
