During this hands-on macaron class in Paris, guests will learn how to make authentic French macarons from scratch with the guidance of a professional pastry chef. The experience begins with a welcome and introduction to the recipe, ingredients, and key techniques for successful macarons. Participants will then prepare the macaron batter, learn how to whip the meringue, and master macaronage to achieve the right texture. Next, they will pipe the shells, learn tips for creating even shapes, and understand the importance of resting and baking. While the shells are in the oven, guests will prepare a delicious filling. Once everything is ready, they will assemble their macarons and learn how to pair shells and filling for the best result. At the end of the class, guests leave with their homemade macarons and the skills to recreate them at home.
