The road to Ollantaytambo awaits, and in about 1.5 hours, we’ll be on our way to the next stop. around 6:00 am we will arrive to Ollantaytambo, we’ll quickly head to the train station to embark on an unforgettable ride. Over the next 1 hour and 40 minutes, we’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Andes and the charming Urubamba River that accompanies us along the way. (pass by)

Aguas CalientesWe will get to Aguas calientes between 7:30 to 8:30 am depending on your train ticket schedule. The vibrant atmosphere of this charming town will give you a warm welcome. Our team will be at the train station to meet you, and depending on your arrival time, you’ll have a chance to enjoy a light breakfast before we continue our adventure. After breakfast, we’ll board the Consetur bus for a thrilling 30-minute ride uphill to the entrance of Machu Picchu.

Machupicchu cuscoOnce we arrive, we’ll enter Machu Picchu and start exploring its fascinating history and stunning architecture with our guide. You’ll visit some of the most iconic spots while learning about the site’s rich cultural significance. For those looking to add an extra challenge, you can opt to hike Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain for even more incredible views. After exploring Machu Picchu, we’ll return to Aguas Calientes by bus. You’ll have free time to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (we’d be happy to recommend some options) or stroll through the town’s charming streets before we head back.

OllantaytamboAfter this, We will say goodbye to Aguas Calientes and board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where a private minivan will be waiting to take us back to Cusco in about 1.5 hours. (Please note that this schedule can change depending on your preferences and train tickets times)
