Upon arrival Cai Be, begin your cruise along the Tien River, exploring the remnants of the once-famous wholesale floating market. Relax on the boat while our tour guide shares fascinating stories of Cai Be's vibrant past. Then, head to Tan Phong Island, where you’ll stop at local workshops to see how rice paper, coconut candy, puffed rice, and popcorn are made, and listen to Don Ca Tai Tu – traditional Southern folk music. At the craft village, learn how local specialties like fish sauce, soy sauce, and cooking salt are produced. You’ll also get the chance to make Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese pancake) and enjoy a delicious lunch served under the shade of fruit orchards at a local home on the island. After lunch, take a rowing boat ride through narrow canals, passing traditional houses made of wood and palm leaves. Then, cycle along quiet village paths through orchards, and visit Kiệt’s ancient house – one of the most beautiful heritage homes in Southern Vietnam. Return to Ho Chi Minh City.
