Our first stop upon arriving in Gjirokastra will be the bustling Gjirokastra Bazaar, a vibrant marketplace where local crafts, textiles, and traditional Albanian products beckon visitors.

Gjirokaster CastleAfter exploring the bazaar, we'll ascend the winding road leading to the magnificent Gjirokastra Castle, a true architectural marvel. Within its walls, we'll discover an array of guns, weaponry, fortifications, the castle's museum and the castle's notorious old prison. Continuing our journey within the castle, we'll make our way to its highest point, where the iconic clock tower is located. From here, we'll be treated to a stunting panoramic view of Gjirokastra.
