Cruising along the Mekong River, watch local life unfold on the banks — traditional stilt houses, lush orchards, busy boatyards, and bustling riverside markets. Enjoy breakfast right on the water, a true local experience: savor a delicious countryside meal while your boat gently rocks with the waves, surrounded by the lively morning market atmosphere, cheerful chatter, and boats calling out their goods. Don't miss two Cai Rang specialties: "shaken noodles" and "braised coffee." Next, your guide takes you to a traditional workshop to see how locals hand-make Hu Tieu (rice vermicelli) — soft, flat, and delightfully chewy.
