From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.

Transfer service is available exclusively for accommodations located in the Seven Mile Beach area.

The second snorkeling stop will be at Barrier Reef or Coral Gardens. The captain will select the location based on the day’s water and weather conditions to provide the best possible snorkeling experience.

Stingrays and other marine wildlife should be observed in their natural habitat and not touched, handled, fed or removed from the water. Please follow your crew’s instructions throughout the experience.

Water and fruit punch are included. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and additional beverages in plastic containers. Glass containers are not permitted on board.

Seven Mile Beach Guests: Pickup is available from participating accommodations within the Seven Mile Beach area. Please provide your accommodation name at the time of booking so we can confirm your pickup location and time.

No Accommodation Information / Outside Pickup Area: If accommodation information is not provided at the time of booking, or you are staying outside the pickup area, your meeting point will be Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin Grand Cayman.

What to Bring: Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and comfortable clothing for your day on the water.

Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Guests who participate in snorkeling should know how to swim and be comfortable moving independently in the water and getting on and off the boat. Life jackets and snorkeling equipment are provided.
