The Synagogue built in 1935, this stunning architectural gem stands proudly in austere Greek revival style. Learn about its historical significance and the role it plays in the Jewish community today. Managed by Rabbi Gabriel Negrin, it continues to be a place of worship and community gatherings. Etz Chaim Synagogue, located right across from Beth Shalom. This synagogue, built in 1904 by Greek Romaniote Jews, carries a deep cultural significance. Despite facing damage from the 1999 earthquake, it underwent extensive renovations and stands as a testament to resilience.
