Making Pasta is such a relaxing and funny activity!
The shapes are unlimited, some are simple, others are like little origami.
The class takes place in an apartment located in an historical building, a mix of modern and antique style, where you will find the traditional tools for making pasta.
During the class you'll learn classic ravioli and fresh pasta shapes with a modern take. Plus, you will discover how to add a touch of color and patterns. We will use natural colors, like purple potatoes, beetroot, seaweeds, herbs and powders will boost your creations. The ingredients we will use are vegetarian and cruelty free. Plus, you can ask in advance also for gluten free, lactose-free and vegan options.
We will start the lesson with the preparation of the dough with organic ingredients.
Then, we will begin with the classic shapes: tortellini, cappelletti, garganelli, tagliatelle, lasagne. We will explore also more shapes, like hearts, little boats, pyramids, bonbon.
You will be ready to make your own pasta right after the masterclass. Pasta is for everyone!
