・If you have any specific dietary restrictions, kindly inform me before you book. I may or may not be able to accommodate your needs. I use dried fish for ramen soup which is very common for ramen, and unfortunately, I can't make ramen soup without it. I'm sorry, but I can't make this class vegetarian.
・We don't make ramen noodles in this class, but we will make gyoza wrappers from scratch.
・Participants must be older than 10. Because this class requires the use of a knife, I ask that children be at least age 10, and able to use a knife.
・Only people who are participating in the class may attend due to limited space. No spectators, please.
