The meetings will take place at my villa with garden, surrounded by greenery the desire to knead increases. We will make fresh pasta and you will learn all the secrets for a perfect dish. Tagliatelle, cavatelli or stuffed ravioli, everything will be fun and accompanied by good local wine. They will last about four hours and we will taste (weather permitting) the result of our work.
