Guests 17 and younger must have a chaperone 18+ with valid ID present at check in to sign waivers. Guests 14 and under must have a chaperone 18+ with valid ID to sign waivers and accompany them on the tour (all parties need a paid ticket).

Daytime tours run 1hr 45mins. Sunset departures extend seasonally to just over 2 hrs
