Lassithi plateau half-day tour with transfer and lunch

Overview
Experience a journey into the easternmost region on the island of Crete.
After getting acquainted with your guide and following a short briefing, you'll head south towards Lassithi. The road will first lead you to the dam of Aposelemi, where, depending on the waters' level, it coul be that you'll be able to see the ruins of the abandoned village of Sfendili. You'll then continue up to another picturesque village, Avdou, to stop for a visit at an olive oil factory. There you'll discover the local varieties and have a closer firsthand look at the olive oil making process. At this point of the tour, you'll eventually be able to reach Lassithi and take some souvenir photos of the plateau with its windmills. You'll end this experience with a typical Cretan lunch in a traditional restaurant, before being driven back to your hotel or accomodation.
