Take the opportunity to taste local Provencal specialties like the nougat produced in the village with lavender honey and almonds or try some lavender ice-cream.

Next on your lavender tour is a visit to a local lavender producer during the distillation period. You'll learn all about the expertise employed in producing fine lavender essential oils.

Next up is a famous Luberon village. Known as one of "the most beautiful villages in France", Gordes is perched high up in the Luberon. Admire its castle protecting the typical dry-stone houses of the village below.
