Today we are going to visit Liverpool, the birth place of the Beatles and one of the best cities in the world of architecture.
Liverpool you will visit:
- Albert Dock
- Liverpool Anglican Cathedral is British biggest Cathedral
- St. James Cemetery is an urban park behind Liverpool Cathedral
- Church of St Luke, more commonly known as the bombed-out church
- Liverpool´s Three Graces which are part of Liverpool´s UNESCO designated World Heritage: the Port of Liverpool Building, the Royal Liver Building and The Cunard Building.
Now is the moment to have your cameras ready!! We are going to stop at Penny Lane Road, pass by Powis Street, Carven Pub, St. George Hall.
Finally, quick stop at Everton Brown Park
We head now to our visit to Chester, a walled cathedral city, famous for its black and white buildings including the Rows, medieval two-tier buildings above street level with covered walkways, many of which today have become shopping galleries.

  • St Luke’s Bombed Out Church
    A much-loved landmark at the heart of the city kept as a memorial to the civilians who lost their lives in the May 1941 blitz. See also the 1st WW memorial to the Christmas day truce in no-man’s-land
  • Penny Lane Road sign made famous by the Beatles song “Penny Lane” released in 1967. Powis Street which was home to Tommy Shelby in the drama Peaky Blinders Carven Pub, a famous music venue where the Beatles used to play in the early 1960s The Culture Quarter - we will see St. Johns Gardens (15') St George’s Hall which King Charles referred to as the finest Neoclassical building in the world! The jaw dropping Central Library ,World Museum and the Walker art gallery also here (pass by)
  • Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King Liverpool
    Known as " Paddys Wigwam", this cathedral is different in architecture and beautiful.
  • Is a Neoclassical building which contains concert halls and law courts. (pass by)
  • St. Jonh´s Gardens are part of the William Brown Street conservation area and comprise one of the two open spaces within LIverpool´s World Heritage Site.
  • Chester
    if you like Roman history Chester has the remains of Britains largest amphitheatre & you may spot Roman soldiers around the city ! Chester is the most complete walled city in the UK famous for its black and white Victorian buildings including the Rows, medieval two - tier buildings above street level-many of which today are shops. The Cathedral started as an Abbey back in 992AD
