Tour Duration: Travel time is included in the total tour duration.

Hotel Guests: Provide your hotel/accommodation name at the time of booking. Pickup generally begins approximately 30 minutes before your selected tour time. Please be ready in the lobby at least 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.

Minimum Age: Guests must be 5 years or older to participate.

What to Wear: Comfortable or athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes are required. A sweater or light jacket is recommended during winter.

What to Bring: Sunscreen and an additional payment method for the mandatory park fee, photos, souvenirs or gratuities.

Phones & Cameras: For safety reasons, phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not permitted during the activity. Hands-free GoPro-style cameras are permitted.

Ocean Safety: The ocean at Migriño Beach has strong currents and dangerous conditions and is not suitable for swimming. Guests are not permitted to enter the ocean during the tour. Entering the ocean will result in immediate cancellation of the activity without a refund.

Park Entrance Fee: A mandatory $25 USD per person park entrance fee is payable onsite.

Photos: A professional photographer documents the experience. Photo packages are available for purchase.

Transportation: Roundtrip transportation is included from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo & the Tourist Corridor. Transportation must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

Weather / Operational Conditions: If the tour is canceled due to weather or operational conditions, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Weight Limit: Maximum 125 kg (270 lb) per person.

Alcohol / Substances: Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be permitted to participate.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
