On land nearly 1½ million people jam into Sydney’s foreshore reserves and public places to view the fireworks and the demand for places aboard Sydney charter boats FAR exceeds the available supply so people are booking earlier & earlier to avoid disappointment.
Aboard our yacht Sydney Sundancer on New Years Eve, you will join a select group and enjoy a party atmosphere second to none ! Our NYE cruise is quite different to that offered by most other charter boats because it can be likened to enjoying a private party in someone’s home.
You will be served the finest food afloat combined with Bollinger Champagne, top quality wines together premium beers and soft drinks all night not just at midnight.

Departure from one of the King Street Charter Boat Wharfs (number and embarkation time to be allocated by Maritime Authorities in early October). Expect embarkation to be between 5pm & 5.30pm. Wharf usage STRICTLY limited to 15 minutes so passengers advised to be at location WELL AHEAD of time.

Our New Year's Eve Sydney Harbour cruise promises a luxurious experience aboard Australia’s most awarded charter yacht “Sydney Sundancer”. Whilst aboard you'll be served the finest food, Bollinger Champagne, top-class Australian wines, and premium beers at the VERY BEST LOCATION on Sydney Harbour to view the world famous fireworks display.
Captain John will anchor in a reserved location about 100 metres (115 yards) from the nearest firework launching barge, so the sound of each firework explosion is so loud that it feels like you are in a war zone! There are 6 fireworks launching barges stretching from our location to the other side of the Harbour Bridge. All fireworks are launched simultaneously, so each firework explosion in the sky is a mirror of the others from our location to the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge & beyond. There is simply no other location on Sydney Harbour where the cumulative effect of all fireworks mirroring each other in the sky can be experienced !
Between the 9pm and midnight firework displays, we serve an amazing Buffet Banque (see menu), while the Illuminated Vessels are parading past our location providing ever changing display for our guests.
