Prepare yourself to discover Meteora and its secret places! Your tour begins with pickup from your accommodation in Kalabaka or Kastraki. You will enjoy a tour of the six monasteries of Meteora and even have the chance to visit the interior of one of them.
Your tour leader will provide all the information you need about the life of monks and the amazing history of the area. You will also visit the Byzantine church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary, one of the most important monuments in the old city of Kalabaka.
At the end of the tour, you will be taken to the best viewpoint in the area to watch the sun setting behind the mountain range of Pindos. Snap photos as the light changes before hopping back on the minibus for the return ride to your accommodation.
