During this experience, you will learn how to make your own traditional Turkish simit from scratch with the guidance of our professional chef. You will knead and shape the dough, dip it into molasses, coat it with sesame seeds, and bake it until perfectly crispy.
While your simit is rising and baking, you will also prepare classic Turkish breakfast favorites such as menemen, acuka, and homemade jam. At the end of the workshop, you will sit down at a warm shared breakfast table and enjoy everything you made, served with cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, and unlimited Turkish tea.
