The ingredients for the sushi are carefully selected from Nishiki Market, renowned as "Kyoto's Kitchen," including seafood and seasonal vegetables. You'll create your own original sushi rolls. Additionally, you can learn about Japanese food culture before or after the meal.
Hand-Rolled Sushi Plan Details
・You can make about 6 to 7 hand-rolled sushi.
・Ingredients include popular options such as tuna, tuna mayo with soy sauce, salmon, peeled shrimp, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), avocado, shiso leaf, and imitation crab, among others. (Ingredients may vary slightly depending on the season and timing.)
・One bowl of miso soup is included.
