Diep will delight you with her bubbly, energetic personality as she shows you around and introduces you to the different local produce and some of her favorite vendors! You might even pick up a few ingredients to be used for your authentic Vietnamese meal.
Back home, join Diep and her mother Loc for a cooking demonstration in their kitchen, and learn as they prepare 2-3 authentic Vietnamese dishes from scratch! Because Diep has a small home and kitchen, your preparation of the meal may be limited but Diep will do her best to give you some hands-on experience and teach you to prepare her family recipes. The cooking experience will last about an hour before you gather with the family to enjoy the meal together. Diep and her mother may prepare some of your dishes in advance. Don't miss out on this rich cultural and culinary experience!
